2. Information we use
When you first request a booking, we ask only for your name, WhatsApp number, pickup place, requested date and time, and the number and size of bags. We may request route, flight or other operational details later through WhatsApp only when needed to confirm and perform the service. We also use the booking reference and booking status.
Payment is completed through our secure payment provider. Drop4Go does not receive or store your full card number or card security code. We may receive payment status, amount, currency, transaction references and limited card information such as brand and last four digits when made available by the payment provider.
3. Why we use it
- To answer booking requests, prepare a quote and perform the requested luggage service.
- To send a secure payment link and confirm whether payment succeeded.
- To communicate operational updates and provide customer support.
- To keep accounting, tax, fraud-prevention and legal records where required.
We rely on steps requested before entering a contract, performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations and our legitimate interests in operating and protecting the service, as applicable.
4. Service providers
Booking submissions may be processed by our website hosting provider, Netlify. Card payments are processed by a third-party payment provider under its own privacy terms. We may also use communications, professional and technical providers only where needed to operate the service. These providers may process information outside Cyprus or the European Economic Area using legally recognised safeguards.
5. Retention and security
We keep booking information only for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes and meet applicable accounting, tax and legal duties. We limit access and use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
6. Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to certain processing. You may also complain to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus. Contact us first at hello@drop4go.com so we can assist.
7. Data minimisation
Please do not send passport images, identity documents, full card details or other information that is not requested in the booking form. Any future identity-verification service will be introduced separately with its own clear notice and purpose.
